These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and RS89 ("RS89", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the RS89 online gaming platform accessible at https://rs89.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile experiences or related services.
RS89 is an English-language online gaming platform designed specifically for the Pakistan market. All content, interfaces, promotional materials and support communications on this platform are provided in English, tailored for Pakistani users across cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
These Terms apply to all activities conducted through the RS89 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in sports betting markets, live dealer games, slot games, instant games, participation in promotional offers and use of the VIP Programme.

RS89 is strictly an adults-only platform. To register and maintain an account, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited and any deposited Real Funds returned less any amounts already wagered.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the RS89 Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. RS89 reserves the right to restrict access from specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion. The availability of the Platform in a given territory does not imply that use is lawful in that territory. Users in Restricted Territories may not register or maintain accounts. If you access the Platform from Pakistan, you do so at your own risk and in full understanding of the applicable legal framework, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Your Account must be used solely for your own personal entertainment. You may not operate an Account on behalf of another person, act as an agent for a third party, allow any other person to use your Account, or use the Platform for commercial gambling purposes. Accounts used in a professional or syndicated capacity may be suspended.
To access the full features of the RS89 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information the Operator reasonably requests. All fields must be completed in English and with truthful, current information.
RS89 is required to verify the identity and payment details of all users before processing withdrawal requests and at other points the Operator considers appropriate. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal processing, account restriction or account closure. RS89 may also perform periodic re-verification of existing users at its discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. RS89 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify RS89 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
RS89 accepts deposits via payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction. For the convenience of Pakistani users, the Platform may reference familiar local payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are for user familiarity only. RS89 does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling transactions. Actual availability of any specific payment method is subject to operator policy and the relevant payment provider's own terms and conditions.
You may set voluntary deposit limits on your Account at any time. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period as determined by the Operator. These limits are a responsible gambling tool and their use is strongly encouraged.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed the required KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever reasonably possible. RS89 does not guarantee specific processing speeds for any withdrawal method. The Operator may place withdrawal requests under additional review at its discretion, which may extend processing timelines.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of request. Withdrawal limits may be adjusted for users in higher VIP tiers. All limits are set at the Operator's sole discretion and are subject to change.
If an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting or prohibited conduct, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all funds — both Real Funds and Bonus Funds — held in the Account at the time of closure, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
RS89 may offer welcome bonuses, sports starter offers, reload bonuses, cricket-specific promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
RS89 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus funds forfeited and the Account suspended or permanently closed.

Sports betting markets on RS89 cover cricket (including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC, tennis and other sports as available. All bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type, including settlement rules for abandoned matches, walkover situations, voided events and in-play betting constraints. Reference to PSL, ICC or Pakistan cricket is for sports context only — RS89 has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.
All casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer formats, operate under their respective game rules as determined by the underlying game software provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed as illustrative ranges only and represent theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed return rates per session. The Operator is not responsible for software malfunctions caused by client-side technical failures.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction or system fault that results in an erroneous payout or bet acceptance, RS89 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. RS89 employs age verification procedures to prevent access by minors. Any Account holder who is found to be under the minimum age will have their Account immediately suspended and all activity on that Account reviewed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RS89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:
RS89's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit RS89's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
RS89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting RS89 support. Upon Account closure, any Real Funds balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any pending compliance review. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as stated in the Platform's current fee schedule. Fees will not reduce a Real Funds balance below zero. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, promotional claim or Account decision, you should follow the process set out below:
RS89 will not enter into formal dispute proceedings regarding matters where the User has breached these Terms, including cases involving multi-accounting, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the RS89 Operator is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
RS89 does not represent that this Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where gambling is restricted or illegal — including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan — is at the User's sole risk and responsibility.
RS89 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, RS89 will notify registered users through one or more of the following channels: on-screen notification upon login, email notification to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect user rights, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.
